The Company values its relationships with retailers, wholesalers/distributors, consumers, and logistics entities. The Company shall:

• Adhere to contractual agreements and obligations with retailers, wholesalers/distributors, and logistics entities.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of products to retailers, wholesalers/distributors, and logistics entities.
• Provide clear communication regarding product availability, pricing, and changes in delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with retailers, wholesalers/distributors, and logistics entities to address challenges and optimise supply chain efficiency.

2.3. Responsibilities to Consumers

The Company is committed to providing consumers with safe, high-quality products. The Company shall:

• Comply with all relevant food safety and quality standards in the distribution of fisheries and agriproducts.
• Ensure accurate and transparent labelling of products to enable informed consumer choices.
• Address consumer enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Strive to offer competitive pricing and diverse product options to meet consumer needs.

3. Contractual Obligations

3.1. Obligations of Stakeholders

• Farmers, suppliers, and aggregators shall comply with the terms and conditions outlined in their respective contracts with the Company, including product quality standards, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

• Retailers, wholesalers/distributors, and logistics entities shall adhere to contractual agreements with the Company, including timely payment, accurate reporting, and compliance with product handling guidelines.

3.2. Rights and Responsibilities of the Company

• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services on the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
• The Company may conduct audits and inspections to ensure stakeholders' compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
